11. Notifications

The bell at the top shows how many merchant requests are waiting: 1–9, then 9+.

  • What's inside: tap the bell to open Notifications. The Mandate requests section shows up to 5 requests, for example "Acme Coffee · 1 USDC per month · 3 months · 2m ago". View all opens Mandates › Requests.
  • Coming soon: the Activity and Security sections.
  • How it updates: the app checks for new requests every 10 seconds while the app is open. There are no background push alerts yet. Which requests you've already seen is remembered on this device only.
  • If a request won't load: you'll see Couldn't load a merchant request: "The terms didn't load." Tap Try again.
